Probably Ray made some joke about this dude and this dude wants to joke back... Or a better fail would be: the dude is a fan of ray and wants to make jokes about ray just like ray but .. it fails.
Or probably Ray was pointing at some joke Ray wanted back... so he looked like an awesome zombie, but it was his friend saying it would make a good twitter picture. He had a failed fan disassociation.
